System Requirements

Servers

• THOUGHTstream is provided using a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Our servers are cloud based.
• We provide the servers. We worry about backups, upgrades, internet connectivity, hardware failures and security.
• We host in Canada or the USA. We can add security certificates if necessary.

Clients

• Our client applications are browser based and use Adobe Flash
• Participant Application (aka Express) requires: Flash Player 9.x or higher and 640x480 screen size or larger
• Facilitator Application (aka Full) requires: Flash Player 10.x or higher and 1024x768 screen size or larger
